They
say that absence makes the heart grow fonder but it seems that often in human
relationships that the opposite is true as well. Continual presence makes the heart grow
harder, the eyes grow blinder, and the brain grows quite a bit dumber. If love is a combination of actions and
spoken affection than why do we act most selfishly and speak most caustically
with those that we claim to love the most?
The man that She deserves will love her very presence. To him she will be as a fountain of youth, or
a pool of living water, that gives him the strength and the energy he needs to
continue. When she is near he will want
to magnify all that is good and noble about him and decimate all of his less
heroic qualities. The man that She deserves
will thank God for every second that he has been granted to be with her!
When Madelyne left i made a goal that i would keep myself
busy and fill my time with good and righteous pursuits. So far i feel that i have been accomplishing
this goal pretty well i think, but i did not expect to still miss her so much. All that i have been doing has been sprinkled
with the thoughts that these actions would be so much better if she was close,
or if i knew that i would see her when i finished. I just kinda miss her :)
I have resolved that I will strive to be the man that will
always love, and never forget how great it is, just to be in her presence. I’m pretty lucky!
It's a wonderful thing when you love someone so much that you just wish they could be a part of your every experience!
